Today on Diction’s Grounds

Today is a day to write.
To right the world with writing.

To sit for a moment and let your inklings
Cycle in and out, in breaths of meditation.
To listen through each space and line
For a voice that may change your direction
To set your feet down with purpose
And declare what you know ought be true.

To see words come together in unity,
Over common diction’s ground.

– an original poem by T.LaReveur

Criticism more than welcome.
