Stuck

Here’s to giving and getting:

Below is a list of things that I sometimes do to get “out of my head.” As a chronic over-thinker who struggles with depression, such tactics are invaluable.  But before I list those, I’m asking for your feedback: what do you do to get out of your head, whether you be alone or in a social situation? What makes it worse? Also… I would love general blogging feedback, as I am new to this. Much thanks!

When the gremlins in my head take over, I:

1. play piano

2. color/ sketch mandalas

3. work out

4. read books ( the less serious, the better in this case)

5. snuggle a pet

6. breathe deeply, move slowly

7. play word games and puzzles

8. spend time with a friend

Gratitude and peace, Tanya
